All employees of Krabi-Spesialisten have long and substantial experience in the hotel and travel industry and they all have an excellent command of the English language. You can reach us every day of your stay, and we have a “welcome” and orientation meeting each morning at 10:00 am after your arrival date at the EDEN BAR & DINING. Furthermore, our representative will visit you every day in your hotel at a pre-arranged time. We will give you tips and general information and we welcome any questions or requests you may have. Our aim is to provide you with service and help, to ensure that your stay will be a pleasant one. Should you have questions or unexpected problems after “regular” meetings/office hours, please contact us and we will agree upon a mutually acceptable time and place for a meeting. |

Ingeborg Fallet Kristensen
Ingeborg Fallet Kristensen is the Managing Director of Krabi-Spesialisten and has lived in Thailand since 1996. Ingeborg has studied Hotel Management in Switzerland and left for Phuket after graduation to work at the Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket, a 5-star, luxury resort for the next 4 years. She then managed Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort for 3 years. She is the founder of Krabi-Spesialisten, established in 2003. Ingeborg is fluent in Thai, in addition to Norwegian, English, German, Danish, Swedish and Swiss. |
Mr. Prassert Bootpod
(Mr. Tor)
Tor is the main Representative as well as Assistant to Managing Director. He was born in Krabi and has been working in the travelling industry for over 12 years. His English is excellent and he is a very polite and helpful person and ready to assist you at anytime. |
Pattama Boonsrang
Pattama is responsible for operations within Krabi-Spesialisten. She has worked in the hotel-industry the past 15 years. She was born in Bangkok, but has lived on Koh Samui for 12 years before she came to live, and work, in Ao Nang in 1999. Her English is excellent and she is studying the Norwegian language. |

Mr. Wuttikrai Senkul
(Mr. Wut)
Wut is our main Guide and responsible for all transportations and tours. He has been working in the hotel and travelling industry since 1998. He was born in Surathani and has lived in Krabi since 1998. English is excellent and he is a very polite and active person and ready to assist you at any time.

Thanyasuda Khoaboot
Thanyasuda is our accountant and head of administration. She was born in Krabi, but has studied and worked in Bangkok for several years, where many of these were spent working in the Credit Department of the UOB Rattansin Bank.

Other employees include our drivers, captain and guides. They are all residents of Krabi, but speak excellent English, and are also fully licensed and State Authorized guides. | |
