The Company and management:

Founded in 2003 by Miss Ingeborg Fallet Kristensen, the present Managing Director of the company.

Miss Kristensen graduated from the Hotel Management Academy in Switzerland in 1996 and started to work with Sheraton Grande Laguna, a

5-stars luxury resort in Phuket for 4 years.
She has moved to be a General Manager for Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort in Krabi for another 3 years before set up  Krabi – Spesialisten company in 2003.

She is fluent in Thai, English, German, Danish, Swedish, Swiss German, and Norwegian.

Car fleet:

The company is operating a fleet of 20 cars & vans combined, 6 of them

belong to the company, to provide safety and high quality transportation

services. All of the vans are equipped with high standard safety equipment.

All drivers are carefully selected, trained and passed safety standard test

process to ensure the safety of our guests at all times. Children seats are

available upon request.

Services & Product

Customers’ satisfaction is our first priority; therefore, our tours

and services are designed differently from the others volume

oriented tours in the market.

Our “Products” are:

• Tours, custom-made to clients’ needs, local tours (land and sea)
• Transfer services (to/from airports and all destinations as requested)
• Wedding and special events organizing.
• Incentives and group tour arrangements.
• Hotel, villa, and long-stay rental reservation.
• Business consultancy services.

Business Turnover:

The company total business volume in 2007 and 2008 are in the region of 30 to 35 million Baht.

The main businesses are customer transfer, accommodation booking, tour services, and other services.

We are continuously working on new contracts with several overseas agencies allover the world to expand our market and customer bases.

Boat fleet:

We’re operating our own 3 Long Tail Boats; specially designed

and luxury equipped as well as one 60 feet motor Yacht.

The speed boats rental can be provided as requested.

Employees:

All of Krabi-Spesialisten’s employees and tour guide have substantial

experiences in the travel and hospitality industry.

They are speaking English, German, and Norwegian.

Total permanent staff of 15 shall be increasing to 30 during the peak season.
